Job Summary
PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead data‑driven marketing initiatives in Uptown, Marion County, US. This role oversees the end‑to‑end marketing technology stack, performance reporting, and cross‑functional analytics to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize the marketing operations framework, including CRM, marketing automation, and attribution models.
- Lead a team of analysts and operations specialists to deliver actionable insights that improve campaign ROI.
- Develop dashboards and regular performance reports for senior leadership, tracking metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing data with overall business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset, able to translate complex data sets into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
