Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage XSIAM (or Cortex XDR/XSOAR) environments across the organization.
• Develop and fine‑tune detection rules using XQL and AQL, ensuring high fidelity alerts.
• Maintain QRadar infrastructure: create rules, configure log sources, manage reference sets, and perform field mapping.
• Lead CP4S SOAR case management and design automated playbooks for incident response.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate workflows between platforms and improve security processes.
• Participate in at least one enterprise‑scale SIEM/SOAR migration, overseeing data normalization and onboarding.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior SOC analysts and engineers.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SOC roles (analyst, engineer, architect, or consultant).
• Proven hands‑on deployment and operational experience with XSIAM or Cortex XDR/XSOAR within an XSIAM context.
• Deep expertise in IBM QRadar (rule creation, log source configuration, reference sets, AQL queries).
• Experience with CP4S SOAR, case management, and playbook development.
• Strong proficiency in XQL for detection rule development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise‑scale SIEM/SOAR migrations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
