Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Domain Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Engineering to define the scope of the People domain.
• Document and catalogue data assets, creating clear lineage and metadata records.
• Elicit, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of Data‑as‑a‑Product services, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
• Develop analytical queries, dashboards, and visualisations to provide actionable insights to HR and finance stakeholders.
• Conduct data validation, profiling, and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross‑functional workshops.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best‑practice documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services or HR domain.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and Data‑as‑a‑Product concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
