Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI governance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor AI model lifecycle, conduct risk assessments, and implement bias‑ mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and business units to ensure data integrity and ethical AI use.
• Perform data quality audits, create remediation plans, and track remediation progress.
• Provide training and guidance on AI ethics, data stewardship, and compliance to stakeholders.
• Generate regular reports for senior leadership on AI governance metrics and compliance status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, AI/ML model oversight, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Proficiency with data catalog tools, MLOps platforms, and governance software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
