About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport packages safely to designated drop‑off points.
• Follow optimized routes generated by our dispatch software to minimize mileage and maximize on‑time delivery.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and regulatory requirements (DOT, etc.).
• Communicate delivery status updates in real time via the mobile app.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
• Minimum age of 21; ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (or willingness to use a company‑provided vehicle) that meets insurance standards.
• Basic smartphone proficiency for using dispatch and navigation apps.
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Preferred Experience
