Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust software solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and test‑driven code in Java, Python, or Go, following Lumen’s engineering standards.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
