Zurich NA is hiring a Regional Income Development Executive in Trenton, Mercer County, US, to drive sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products across Central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Zurich Direct Markets’ F&I product portfolio in the assigned territory.
• Identify, prospect, and engage automotive dealers to introduce and sell insurance and financing solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners, providing ongoing support and training.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while reporting performance metrics to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Proven sales experience in the automotive finance or insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of F&I products and market dynamics.

Compensation
