Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate leasing staff, ensuring high service standards.
• Manage the full lease cycle from prospecting to lease signing and move‑in.
• Maintain accurate leasing reports, market analytics, and forecasting dashboards.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $54,080 to $58,240 annually, plus performance‑based incentives.
