Motorola Solutions is seeking a CPQ Pricing & Contracts Analyst in the United States. This role will manage configure‑price‑quote (CPQ) processes, develop pricing models, and support contract administration for a global technology leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the CPQ system to ensure accurate product configuration and pricing.
• Develop, analyze, and update pricing structures, discount policies, and margin targets.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to draft, review, and finalize customer contracts.
• Perform cost‑to‑serve analyses and provide recommendations for pricing improvements.
• Generate regular pricing reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support audits and compliance reviews related to pricing and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, CPQ systems, or contract administration, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data‑visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
