• Train and coach team members on visual standards, sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Conduct regular zone audits, report findings, and implement corrective actions to improve sales and presentation.
• Collaborate with the buying and planning teams to align product assortment with seasonal promotions.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend layout adjustments that maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or visual merchandising certification preferred.
• 2+ years experience in retail visual merchandising, store operations, or a similar role.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and ability to follow documented visual standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic retail software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
