Job Summary

America’s Best is seeking a Licensed Optician – General Manager to lead its Citrus Hills, Citrus County location. This full‑time role combines clinical expertise with proven management skills to drive sales, staff development, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the optical store, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of opticians, sales associates, and support staff.
• Maintain high standards of eye examinations, frame fittings, and lens dispensing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed the annual revenue target of $80,882.72.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and ordering of lenses, frames, and accessories.
