Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and coach front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to ensure high service standards.

• Track inventory, manage ordering, and control waste.
• Drive sales of Memberships and Fun Passes, meeting commission targets.
