Key Responsibilities

• Deliver initial training on business strategies, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
• Teach computer skills, warranty item return processes, and individual tool repair procedures.
• Travel nationally—and potentially internationally—to conduct on‑site training sessions.
• Survey open and prospective franchise locations to assess readiness and provide recommendations.
• Maintain training records, evaluate distributor performance, and suggest continuous improvement plans.
