World Wide Technology is seeking a Project Coordinator for IT Infrastructure to support our West Coast operations from Sparks, Washoe County, WA. This full‑time role offers a fixed annual salary of $140,061.83 and works in the Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT infrastructure projects across the West Coast.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk registers in compliance with WWT standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including network engineers, data center staff, and vendors—to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, process invoices, and support financial forecasting.
- Identify and resolve project‑level issues, escalating critical risks to leadership.
- Support change management activities and ensure smooth transition of new infrastructure deployments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or a similar role, preferably in infrastructure or data‑center environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams across multiple time zones.
- PMI‑ACP, PMP, or related certification is a plus.
