Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective customers across TN, AL, GA, and FL.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop sales strategies and achieve quarterly targets.
• Present Avery Dennison’s labeling, RFID and functional material solutions to diverse industry segments.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing and supply‑chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide market feedback and assist in the development of regional business plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales forecasts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in materials science, packaging, or RFID solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
