Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance EY’s brand visibility for private tax and family enterprise services across the Americas.
- Lead the creation of thought‑leadership content, case studies, webinars and client‑facing collateral aligned with market trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with senior tax partners, global BMC teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand compliance.

- Oversee budget planning, performance metrics and ROI analysis, presenting insights to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7‑10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services, tax, legal or financial advisory firms.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale, data‑driven marketing programs for high‑net‑worth client segments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data, client insights and campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for senior executives and external audiences.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI).
