Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and code invoices in the accounting system.
• Validate invoice data, resolve discrepancies, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wire transfers).
• Maintain vendor master files and ensure up‑to‑date tax documentation.
• Reconcile AP sub‑ledger to general ledger and assist with month‑end close.
• Support internal audits by providing documentation and answering queries.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and finance teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in food or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment cycles, and GAAP principles.
