Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month‑end close.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong internal control frameworks to mitigate risk.
• Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and related compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and support decision‑making.
• Lead the knowledge‑transfer process during transitions, documenting procedures and training staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a controller or senior finance role.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
