Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new institutional clients across K‑12, higher education, and corporate training sectors.
• Present and demonstrate Cengage’s digital courseware, flexible learning platforms, and career‑focused training programs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewal terms to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a pipeline in CRM, track sales activities, and provide accurate forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, education, or business development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
