WESCO is seeking a Senior Representative – Outside Sales (Lighting Controls) in Parsippany Troy Hills, Morris County, US. The role focuses on face‑to‑face selling of turnkey lighting control and retrofit solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects while nurturing existing accounts.
• Promote and sell lighting control systems, retrofit projects, and energy‑saving solutions.
• Conduct on‑site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with customers on business planning to align solutions with their needs.
• Achieve sales targets and improve profit margins.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in lighting, controls, or related electrical products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex lighting control systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation

Base salary: $73,955.43 per year, plus commission and performance incentives.
