About This Position
NBC Universal is seeking a Manager, Commerce Partnerships (Events Growth) to lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue for its events portfolio in Grand Central, Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and manage commerce partnerships that enhance event experiences and generate incremental revenue.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Production, and Legal—to execute partnership agreements.
- Develop growth strategies, set KPIs, and monitor performance against revenue targets.
- Lead the end‑to‑end activation of partnership initiatives, from concept through post‑event analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and cultivate new opportunities across media, consumer products, and experiential brands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing commerce or sponsorship partnerships, preferably within media, entertainment, or live events.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing multi‑million‑dollar contracts.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, forecast revenue, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Compensation
Annual base salary: $238,768.62
