Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new institutional accounts for Cengage’s online courses and training programs.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships with colleges, universities, and training providers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and consultative selling sessions tailored to institutional needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
• Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet quarterly targets.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and educational technology developments.

Required Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in higher education or corporate training environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while aligning with team goals.

Compensation & Benefits
