Social Native Inc is seeking a dynamic Software Engineer to lead AI engineering initiatives for its fast‑growing influencer technology platform. This full‑stack role combines backend and frontend development, AI workflow architecture, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
• Build fully agentic AI workflows using the latest tools in the AI stack.
• Write clean, production‑ready code and ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
• Set technical direction, establish best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI/ML pipelines or agentic workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for building end‑to‑end product features.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, or vector databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Background in influencer marketing or social media platforms.
