Job Summary

EY is seeking a hands‑on Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. This senior role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products while leading a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven solutions across multiple industries.
• Prototype, develop and validate AI models, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Lead code reviews, ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—data scientists, engineers, product owners—to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior architects and manage delivery timelines for managed services engagements.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Compensation

Annual base salary: $193,105.86
