Job Summary

EY is hiring an Oracle Services – Oracle Applications Technical Consultant – Manager for its Phoenix, Maricopa County office. This senior role leads large‑scale Oracle application implementations and supports EY’s national consulting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Oracle Applications projects for enterprise clients.
• Provide technical architecture, design, and integration guidance across multiple Oracle modules.
• Mentor and manage a team of technical consultants, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Partner with EY’s broader consulting practices to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Ensure project governance, risk management, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain deep expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite, Cloud applications, and related integration tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle Applications, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM, and Cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary project teams and deliver on time and budget.
• Excellent communication, client‑facing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., OCA, OCP) are a plus.

Compensation

Base salary: $246,102.80 per year.
