About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Tracking: Pull real‑time data from our warehouse management system to update stock levels and flag discrepancies.
• Order Accuracy: Verify product SKUs, quantity, and condition before packing, ensuring a 99.9% order accuracy rate.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the virtual workflow and propose solutions to reduce cycle times.

Requirements
