Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design of AI‑driven solutions, including architecture, data pipelines, model integration and user interfaces.
• Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to validate technical approaches and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—data scientists, engineers, product owners—to ensure seamless delivery of digital products.
• Review and mentor code, enforce best practices, and ensure solutions meet security, scalability and compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership for Managed Services engagements, overseeing implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or Scala; experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit‑learn.
• Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, RESTful APIs, micro‑services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; proven track record leading technical teams.

Preferred Experience

• Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer).
