Job Summary

This senior role offers a competitive annual salary of $232,119 and focuses on designing, implementing, and scaling reliable cloud‑native systems that support millions of health‑care users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, deployment, and operation of high‑availability services across multiple cloud platforms.
- Develop and enforce SRE best practices, including monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with software engineering, security, and product teams to embed reliability into the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior SREs and drive continuous improvement through automation and knowledge sharing.
- Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to ensure service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in site reliability, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Proven track record managing large‑scale, mission‑critical systems in a regulated environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare data platforms and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH).
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, or CNCF Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
