Job Summary

EY is seeking a hands‑on Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work from anywhere in the United States, with a base in Cloverdale, Shelby County. This senior role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s managed services practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Prototype, develop and validate proof‑of‑concepts using machine‑learning, NLP and computer‑vision technologies.
• Lead code reviews, set best‑practice standards, and mentor junior architects and developers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product owners) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Define governance, monitoring and performance‑optimization strategies for deployed solutions.
• Engage with clients to present solution designs, gather feedback and drive adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering AI‑enabled enterprise solutions.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Hands‑on expertise with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.

Preferred Experience

• Professional certifications in cloud architecture or AI/ML.
• Experience with DevOps/CI‑CD pipelines for AI workloads.
• Background in managed services or consulting environments.

Compensation

Annual salary: $200,763.47 (fixed). Additional benefits include EY’s global learning programs, health plans and flexible work arrangements.
