Job Summary

EY is seeking a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work from Ridgeside, Hamilton County, US. This hands‑on role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architecture for AI‑enabled solutions, ensuring scalability, security and performance.
• Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to validate technical approaches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, developers, and business analysts—to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with EY’s governance standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and present solution roadmaps.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years focusing on AI/ML and digital transformation.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.

Compensation

Annual salary: $261,303.86 (fixed).
