Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a Software Development Snr Manager in Five Points, Wake County, US. Lead a high‑performing team to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software for databases, applications, tools and networks while delivering enhancements to existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software engineers throughout the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Apply software architecture expertise to guide the creation, debugging, and optimization of applications, operating systems and database solutions.
• Define technical roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure alignment with Oracle’s strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong background in software architecture, databases, and large‑scale application development.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, C++, Python and experience with Oracle database technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
