Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections safely and efficiently.
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain accurate patient and specimen records in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and suggest workflow improvements.
• Provide training and mentorship to new staff on proper collection techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate courteously with patients and team members.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
