Oracle is hiring a Senior Research Engineer – Agentic AI in Grandview Heights, Franklin County, US. This role focuses on advancing Oracle Analytics’ next‑generation enterprise AI products, embedding agentic and generative AI into data‑analysis platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and evaluate cutting‑edge agentic AI algorithms for large‑scale analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to integrate AI capabilities into Oracle Analytics applications.
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and optimization, translating findings into production‑ready features.
- Publish technical papers, patents, and internal whitepapers to showcase innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of scientific rigor and rapid experimentation.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing AI/ML models, preferably with agentic or generative architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top conferences or journals.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large‑scale data pipelines and cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Compensation
