Managed Services – AI-Native Software Engineer – Senior Consultant

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, based in Washington, D.C. This hands‑on solution architect role designs, prototypes, and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑native software solutions.
• Prototype, develop, and deliver AI‑enabled applications using cloud platforms and modern frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and advise clients on innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML, cloud‑native development, and micro‑services.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated experience as a solution architect or senior technical lead.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse, global teams.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
