Customer Solution Architect

Teradata is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to join its team in Douglas, Juneau, US. This role will design and deliver cloud analytics and AI solutions for enterprise customers, leveraging Teradata’s industry‑leading data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business goals and translate them into technical solution designs.
• Architect end‑to‑end cloud analytics, data integration, and AI workflows on the Teradata Vantage platform.
• Deliver proof‑of‑concepts, presentations, and detailed technical documentation.
• Guide implementation teams through deployment, testing, and optimization phases.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing best‑practice recommendations and ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data‑centric solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, and AI/ML integration.
• Proficiency with Teradata Vantage, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Base salary: $182,462.64 per year.
