Key Responsibilities

• Direct the organization’s contract compliance program and ensure alignment with federal, state and client regulations.
• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of contract management systems, dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Develop, maintain and analyze performance metrics, compliance dashboards and executive‑level reports.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Sub‑contractor Management, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to embed compliance processes into daily workflows.
• Plan and deliver training programs on contract compliance, system usage and best practices for internal stakeholders.
• Manage audits, corrective action plans and risk assessments related to contract performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data insights and trend analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering or a related field; Master’s or PMP/ACP preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in contracts administration, compliance or systems reporting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, ERP/CRM integration and advanced reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong knowledge of US federal contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS) and related compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive change in a fast‑paced environment.
