Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational delivery of QNXT projects, coordinating delivery teams, client operations leaders and internal stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify process bottlenecks and implement best‑practice solutions.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resource allocation to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining strong relationships.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports, KPIs and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare payer operations, preferably with QNXT or similar claims processing platforms.
• Proven track record managing complex consulting engagements and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, MACRA) and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
