Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in dental terminology a plus.
• Excellent communication, active‑listening, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications and learning new software quickly.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
