Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems for enterprise‑wide data lookups.
• Create scalable backend services that integrate AI agents into end‑to‑end business processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and infrastructure teams to define AI model requirements and performance metrics.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement pipelines for AI services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.

• Hands‑on experience with large language models, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
