Join Eliassen Group as a BI and Dashboard Analyst, working remotely for a high‑volume seasonal hiring program. You will redesign and consolidate recruiting analytics into a modern, scalable dashboard suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign legacy recruiting dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Consolidate data sources from ATS, HRIS, and external job boards into a unified data model.
• Develop interactive, self‑service reports that enable real‑time hiring insights.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Collaborate with recruiting, HR, and IT teams to define KPI requirements.
• Provide training and documentation for end‑users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years experience building BI solutions for HR/recruiting functions.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of ATS/HRIS data structures (e.g., iCIMS, Workday).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
