Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in jet engine overhaul or repair, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of turbine, compressor and combustion system components.
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals and work orders.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Eligibility to obtain required security clearances for military programs.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary: $116,215.26
