Scrum Lead – Chassis Analytics

Job Summary

General Motors is seeking a Scrum Lead for its Chassis Analytics team in Urbanización El Vedado, San Juan, US. Lead a 6‑12 member scrum team delivering AI‑driven software for braking, steering, suspension and vehicle dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective) for the Chassis Analytics software team.
• Guide the team in designing, developing, and deploying data‑analysis, machine‑learning and AI solutions for chassis domains.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists and hardware engineers to define clear, value‑driven backlog items.
• Remove impediments, ensure adherence to Agile best practices, and continuously improve team performance.
• Track progress against KPIs, manage risk, and report status to senior leadership.
• Mentor engineers on Agile principles, code quality, and test‑driven development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master or Scrum Lead role.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI concepts applied to vehicle chassis systems.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in automotive or mobility‑focused environments is preferred.
