Scrum Lead – Chassis Analytics
About This Position
Job Summary
General Motors is seeking a Scrum Lead for its Chassis Analytics team in Urbanización El Vedado, San Juan, US. Lead a 6‑12 member scrum team delivering AI‑driven software for braking, steering, suspension and vehicle dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective) for the Chassis Analytics software team.
- Guide the team in designing, developing, and deploying data‑analysis, machine‑learning and AI solutions for chassis domains.
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists and hardware engineers to define clear, value‑driven backlog items.
- Remove impediments, ensure adherence to Agile best practices, and continuously improve team performance.
- Track progress against KPIs, manage risk, and report status to senior leadership.
- Mentor engineers on Agile principles, code quality, and test‑driven development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master or Scrum Lead role.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI concepts applied to vehicle chassis systems.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in automotive or mobility‑focused environments is preferred.
