Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term network capacity and topology plans aligned with AI and cloud service growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, finance) to translate business requirements into network designs.
• Lead a team of network planners, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career development.
• Analyze traffic patterns, forecasting demand and recommending upgrades or re‑architecture.

Required Qualifications
