Job Summary

Oracle is hiring a Data Center Managing Counsel to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base location in Douglas, Juneau. This senior legal role supports Oracle’s rapidly expanding Data Center and Networking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on data center construction, operation, and networking projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and vendor arrangements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and cloud‑related legal issues.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to resolve complex legal matters and support Oracle Cloud growth.
• Monitor changes in federal, state, and international law affecting data center operations.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience handling data center, telecommunications, or cloud‑infrastructure legal matters.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.

Compensation

Salary: $233,693.77 per year (fixed).

Location

Remote/telecommuting – based in Douglas, Juneau, United States.
