Job Summary

Sumitomo Pharma is seeking a driven San Bernadino Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to lead specialty pharmaceutical sales in the Atlanta, Fulton County area. This full‑time role offers a competitive annual salary of $205,669.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy for specialty oncology, urology, women’s health, rare disease and CNS products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders and pharmacy decision‑makers.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and market share goals.
• Provide product education, clinical data and value‑based messaging to drive formulary adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – medical affairs, marketing, market access and compliance – to align on launch initiatives and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform business decisions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and territory performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably within the San Bernadino therapeutic area.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a territory management role.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 30%).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
