Enterprise New Business Accounts- NYC Metro

HP Inc. is hiring an Enterprise New Business Accounts Manager for its New York State Campus in Albany County. This role focuses on selling Personal Systems products, services and solutions to new enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new enterprise accounts within the assigned territory.
• Accelerate deals through consultative selling, solution design and strategic partnership building.
• Close new business contracts and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams—sales ops, marketing, and technical specialists—to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast sales performance.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise‑level B2B sales, preferably with technology or hardware solutions.
• Strong track record of prospecting, pipeline development, and closing high‑value deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $242,193.77 per year (fixed). Additional performance incentives may apply.
