Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and pharmacy teams to align on brand‑specific access strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health administration, pharmacy, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in patient access, reimbursement, or pharmacy benefit management.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance plans, prior authorization, and specialty drug funding mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using healthcare CRM systems.
