Job Summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications (Oracle) to lead its Oracle‑based enterprise portfolio in Bismarck, Burleigh County, US. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Oracle enterprise applications, aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience with Oracle enterprise applications (E‑Business Suite, Cloud, Fusion, etc.).
• Proven leadership of large‑scale implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of CX automation, workforce productivity solutions, and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, ETL).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
• Relevant certifications (Oracle Cloud, TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
