Job Summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Workplace to lead Workplace Operations for its global sites (excluding China) from Washington, D.C., US. This senior role oversees safe, efficient, and cost‑effective office environments while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across all Zoom global offices (excluding China), ensuring facilities are well‑maintained, safe, and compliant.
• Develop and implement operational standards, workplace programs, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service delivery for cleaning, security, HVAC, and other site services.
• Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver site‑specific services, space planning, and employee experience programs.
• Monitor budgets, track cost‑savings opportunities, and report financial performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and real‑estate partners to align workplace strategy with talent‑attraction and retention goals.
• Ensure business continuity and emergency preparedness across all locations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or related fields, preferably in a global technology company.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑site operations and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
