About This Position
WTW inc. is hiring an Execution Project Lead Consultant in Elkins Park, Montgomery County, US. This full‑time role will lead pension plan settlement projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end pension plan settlement projects across multiple clients.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including actuarial, legal, finance and operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client‑specific requirements.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in retirement risk or pension consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering complex settlement projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of US pension regulations (ERG, IRS, DOL).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
